Wonderful! We enjoyed dinner here with the dearest of friends. The seafood tower is so good. Then the pasta that your server brings to soak up the leftover sauce! I melted The tomahawk steak was delicious the sea bass was quite good (but shockingly served way past the entrees. Mushrooms yum. Wedge salad tasty. The drinks were very good. Highly recommend.

If you're in a mood for fine dining and enjoy a good plethora of exquisite dishes, this is the place to be! We visited on our second date and then new years! It can be a bit pricey, but is absolutely worth it!! Look out for new years set menu and, or just reserve a table and get ready to be pampered! Staff is AMAZING, very courteous and friendly and recommend the perfect pairing of drinks with food! We tried their limited menu cocktail - Illicit Affair, it was not only beautiful to look at but delicious. Their filet mignon is just amazing accompanied by the mushrooms and mac and cheese side dish. The seafood tower is definitely worth a try for those sea food lovers! Keep this one place, for a special occasion!
It was my first time at maple and ash. Our party of 4 spent over $600 for drinks, appetizers, seafood towers, our main entrees, and dessert. This was pricey for brunch but worth it for the experience. I would definitely come back for a special occasion. At the start of our meal, we were greeted with a welcome cocktail. Overall, my favorite dish was the seafood tower. All of the seafood (scallops, lobster, crab, clams, shrimp) was well prepared, and the flavors of garlic and butter made the dish perfect. If you book in advance and have a special occasion, they will make your visit unique with a pre printed menu. Cheers!
Maple & Ash is popular for a reason. My bestie and I dined there on our first night in Scottsdale, and we were utterly delighted by the entire experience. Upon being seated at our booth, we were treated to delicious starter cocktails, much like you'd receive a bread basket at a typical restaurant (heck yeah!). The food blew us away, and the staff was so attentive that we never needed to ask for water refills or anything else. I can definitely see Maple & Ash being perfect for date nights, special occasions, or as an upscale bar spot. Maple and Ash isn't a restaurant, it's an experience! The ambiance is sexy and classy. The service is impeccable. The complimentary welcome cocktail and chips and dip with caviar were a great start to an even better night. Our waiter (I think his name is Ryan) was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, which I appreciated. All the dishes and drinks sounded so good, I couldn't make a decision. Our waiter helped me decide on the illicit affairs martini, tuna tartare, and lambchops. Everything was absolutely delicious! Lambchops were cooked perfectly, very flavorful, and paired with a small serving of pasta that was bursting with flavor. The food and drink portions are generous, well worth the price tag. I've found my new go to restaurant when i'm in AZ!
Came here for my birthday and this place really knows what they are doing! From the decor to the service, food, and the drinks! I loved the candles throughout the restaurant! It was a bit annoying getting up from my table and being elbow to elbow with the other guests. The food was solid and the drinks were flowing and delicious. We did receive one complimentary drink when we arrived and it was a berry lemony martini. The pasta was so delicate and light. We did have the shrimp cocktails and everything was so fresh! Our server was perfect and made sure both of us were happy throughout the night! Definitely would come back here again for celebrations!
Maple & Ash has set a new standard for our dining out experience. Our waitress Sarah greeted our party with a smile and welcomed our party with a complimentary welcome cocktail. Sarah- overall was an awesome server. We ventured to Scottsdale celebrating a special friend/family's birthday and I'm so happy she found this place on Yelp! Great vibes!!! Sophisticated, grown and sexy atmosphere-perfect for celebrating the BIG 40!! Forty & Fancy... we even had a real candle burning on our table! Not a tea light, a freaking candle. I loved it! Our food was amazing! The pictures aren't going to do any justice...everything was delicious! 10/10 EVERYTHING!!!! Everyone was happy with their selections. Last night, I dined at Maple and Ash to celebrate my birthday with some friends and let me tell you.... It was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The ambiance was both sophisticated and welcoming, with warm lighting and elegant decor. The service was impeccable--our server Sarah was THE BEST. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and made my birthday dinner one to remind! They personalize menus for almost all occasions! The food was delicious! Everything we had was good. The sides and appetizers complemented the main course beautifully, and the presentation of each dish was artful and appetizing. Desserts was amazing! Our party of 8 all said this was one of the best restaurants they've been too. While it is on the pricier side, the quality of the food and the overall experience made it well worth the cost. I highly highly recommend this steakhouse to anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience, and I look forward to returning real soon!

I made 5:30PM reservations in advance and we arrived on time and was seated immediately. This place is gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Maple & Ash Scottsdale was absolutely everything I wanted in a birthday dinner. We loved every appetizer, entree, side and drink! The customer service was amazing, the table side cocktail service was great and the celebratory additions were such a nice touch. 10/10, highly recommend! I have zero interior design footage - too busy vibing. Thanks Maple & Ash for an amazing dining experience. What we ordered: Grilled Branzino Surf & Turf Dry-Aged Ribeye Bubbling Potato Au Gratin Mac & Cheese Black Truffle Loaded Potato Dry-Aged Meatballs Wedge Salad Sea Bass (I think that's all.....maybe lol) I think I want to visit every location just to cross it off my list. I'm in love! Beautiful restaurants do it for me every time. (When I say "beautiful" I mean, perfect.)
